This is my first tutorial, go easy on me!
 I tried to make it clear and put a lot of detail into it, I can only hope I did a good job of it.  I decided since my poll at the time of making this was EXACTLY tied between people and hair, I'd make them both together. Shading had quite a few votes, so I added a few tips for that as well.
