Well it's been awhile and I haven't updated (durrrr title) and I'll just list things that have happened and will happen later on.

I went to a concert a few days back for Candlebox. I only knew one song from them before then, called "Stand" which is a decent song but they have so many awesome songs! Look up Far Behind and Change and Cover Me if you're interested.

I applied for a new job and I *think* I will get it. That's okay if I don't, I have a friend who may just hook me up with an EVEN BETTER job that will get me out of this shithole town.

I finished my first course on my online college. All A's except for 2 B's (because I got lazy. I'll try harder later.)

I started a new drawing and have done a few drawing studies, which I'll post and put in the scraps later on. I'm going to try something new when my commission is finished.

That's about all. I live a boring life.

1. Despite the fact that I never upload, I always want to draw. It's just very hard to get inspiration to stick with an idea or reference...or to start it.

2. My left arm is tan but the rest of my body is white. This is a result from working in a place with no windows, except when I have to deliver something -- an hour away. I leave my arm hanging out the window of the car as I drive, thus, tan.

3. I am a strange artist. I seem to love every style of art that I can't do. This includes graffiti art, cartoon art, comic book art, photography, etc. Maybe I'll practice them and get better. But who wants to see that?

4. All of my best drawings are hidden in my portfolio, while my crappy ones are on the walls. This is why I don't buy art or do art trades--nowhere to put what I get.

5. I'm beginning to think that realism is boring to draw from references. I'm going to try imagination drawings soon instead. Of course I will still draw from references when inspired.

6. I want smooth paper.

7. Colored pencils...I miss using them.
